We are currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Paris, France for our new branch.

About the Job

Key Activities and Responsabilities:

The ideal candidate has a strong passion for HR and for the search and selection of new talents and will be responsible for the following activities:

• Taking care of the entire search and selection process, from the analysis of the customer’s needs to the closing of the selection process;
• Management of the search process, evaluation and selection of valuable profiles for client companies, through recruiting and consultancy activities (posting of job advertisements, CVs screening, management of interviews with candidates, drafting of candidates’ profiles, Head Hunting, management of final negotiations and the insertion of the final candidate in the company);
• Job ads publication, applications screening, first contacts;
• Market mapping and remuneration benchmarks.

About the Candidate

Key Skills Required:

• At least 2-3 years experience as a Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist, better if in an HR agency;
• French mother-tongue level; good English level;
• Italian and/or any other language knowledge could be a great plus;
• Passion for brand new projects and for working in multicultural environments;
• Flexibility, energy and proactivity, confident and positive approach;
• Enhanced communication and team-working skills.
