About the Company

We are currently looking for a Service Manager based in Japan (Tokyo and Osaka) on behalf of our client, manufacturing and metalworking production systems company.

About the Job

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

• Coordinate activities with local dealers during installation, troubleshooting, maintenance all over Japan;
• Attend customers at their sites for maintenance, training and troubleshooting all over Japan;
• Support customers remotely;
• Promoting spare parts and maintenance services selling;
• Report to HQ in Italy the requests from Japanese market/customer.

About the Candidate

Key Skills Required:

• 5-10 years – experience in the role of Service Manager;
• Previous work experiences in Service & Maintenance of industrial machines and/or machine-tools ;
• Familiarity with Japanese Plate roll manufacturer (Kurimoto, Daido, Isel);
• Strong result orientation, Customer oriented, Problem Solving and high communication skills;
• Japanese mother-tongue and Fluent in English;
